工作经历

1991年毕业于天津大学,同年留校任教,长期从事大学生心理健康教育与咨询工作;

1998年组建天津大学大学生心理咨询中心;

2003-2007国家公派在日本九州大学临床心理学学习;

2007-2012受聘日本九州大学人间环境学府外国人访问研究员。

 

研究方向

应用心理学、高等教育管理等。

 

主要学术成就

主讲心理科学研究方法、社会心理学、积极心理学、心理援助的理论与技术、人生幸福学等课程。

主持完成2008年度国家社会科学基金《思想政治教育柔性化对提升大学生心理幸福感的有效性研究》,承担日本文部省两项纵向课题的子课题部分,并参与2008年度全国教育科学十一五规划《高校跨学科创新团队成长机制及成长性评价研究》等课题研究。

目前正在主持教育部人文社会科学研究规划基金项目《大学生生命感的时代解读及提升路径研究》及《企业员工心理健康现状调查及具体的心理援助策略研究》等课题。

Work experiences

· graduated from Tianjin University in 1991, at the same time, taught in the same school and be engaged in psychological health education and counseling;

·Built up the Tianjin University College Students' Psychological Consultation Center in 1998;

·Supported by government to Study clinical psychology in Kyushu University from 2003 to 2007;

·Appointed as Foreign visiting researcher of Human-environmental Education School in Kyushu University during 2007-2012.

Applied psychology; higher education management

 

Main academic achievement

 The Courses mainly taught include : Research methods in Psychology, social psychology, positive psychology, theories and methods in psychological assistance, happiness in life and so on .

    Hosted and completed the National Social Science Fund in 2008 the research on the effectiveness of promoting college students’ psychological well-being by ideological and political education flexibility, took charge of the sub tasks of two longitudinal researches of Japan Ministry of Education , and participated in the 2008 annual National Education Science of Eleventh-Five Year Plan the research on the growth evaluation and mechanism of the Universities interdisciplinary innovation teams.

Currently presides over the education of Humanities and social sciences funding project the interpretation and the promotable ways of college student’s life meaning and research about the state of staffs’ mental health and specific psychological aid strategy.

 

Research:

As a director, to host in Scientific research projects :

1.National Social Sciences Fund project in 2008. The research on the effectiveness of promoting college students’ psychological well-being by ideological and political education flexibility08BSH047(2008.6-2009.8), the project had come into a conclusion, and related works are being printed.

2. Cooperation with Kyushu University: The research of growth mechanisms and the incubator of the high-tech innovation-oriented enterprises (2007.9-2008.9).

3. Cooperation with Kyushu University: The research of growth model and the incubator of talents of founding career.(2009.1-2010.10)

4. The Ministry of Education of Humanities and social sciences funding projects in 2011 the interpretation and the promotable ways of college student’s life meaning.

5. The Institute of High Education of Tianjin “Twelfth-Five Year” Educational Plan’s research project The science of personnel interpretation of education plan on excellent engineer in the view of engineering ethics.(2012.5-2015.12)
